It has a cupping score of 87.5 and a flavor profile with notes of lemon\/lime, cinnamon, caramel, and chocolate (see photo).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coffee is of the Ja'adi\/Dawairi variety and grows at an altitude of 1,900 meters in the eastern Haraz region of Yemen. It is naturally processed with sun-drying on coffee beds, hulling, and careful hand-sorting. The coffee is from the company \u003ca href=\"%20https:\/\/m.facebook.com\/yemen.mocha\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eMocha Mountains\u003c\/a\u003e and is imported in collaboration with \u003ca href=\"http:\/\/yemenjourney.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eYemen Journey\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYemen was the first country in the world to export coffee from the port city of Mocha in the 17th century and produces some of the most exquisite and sought-after coffees in the world. These are natural coffees grown in microlots, where each local variety and field is kept separate. The coffee trees grow in the high, dry, sun-drenched desert mountains in ravines and on terraces where the sparse water collects. No artificial fertilizers or pesticides are used.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coffee is delivered as 200 g whole beans, omni-roasted according to gentle and customized roast profiles by \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/coffeefriends.dk\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eCoffee Friends\u003c\/a\u003e, so that the coffee can be used for both filter and espresso.
