Nadim Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, elegant, and complex wine, exhibiting flavors of local spices and ripe cherries. Its balanced acidity and lingering tannins mean that this wine can be aged effortlessly for years. Although Nadim Cabernet is ready to be enjoyed now, it will improve significantly with a couple of years of bottle aging. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, which contributes to its complexity.
